As stated in its Articles of Association Şok Marketler does not engage in the wholesale or retail purchase, sale, distribution, direct or contract manufacturing, storage, import and export of alcoholic beverages and products containing alcoholic beverages or products containing pork and pork derivatives and does not participate in gambling or gambling-like activities.
Also, as stated in its Articles of Association, Şok Marketler may sell, market and distribute tobacco and tobacco products.
The Company has announced via the Public Disclosure Platform (“PDP”) that as of 31.12.2024 its revenue from the sale of tobacco and tobacco products was 27,196,983,392 TRY. It has also declared that it has no revenues from alcoholic beverages or products containing alcoholic beverages, from products containing pork or pork derivatives, or from gambling or gambling-related activities.
